She is the founder and President of DARBY JAMES, a respected agency leader in experiential marketing, content creation and comprehensive brand strategies for cities and SMBs.

Jasmin is also the founder of Beats By Her, a digital storytelling and live music platform for independent female artists. Since its inception two years ago, Beats By Her has garnered noteworthy partners such as Live Nation/House of Blues and expanded its growing membership nationally, with international plans in 2019.
