We're Back! Upgraded Winning Season

Now, on this podcast, we talk about tips, tools and techniques for women leaders in male-dominated Industries so that we can all continue to level up and Lead unapologetically all of the time. Let's listen in In. What's up, y'all? It's your girl Jacqueline's fully. I am so excited to be back on the mic with you for winning season. I am thrilled.

This upcoming season is going to be an upgrade on winning season. So let me tell you what that means. First and foremost, my intention for this upcoming season is to share even more tools tips and resources. To help women leaders in male-dominated, Industries level up with that being said, where does this thing of setting an intention come from? For me?

I have been an Oprah fan for a long time. In fact, when I was in college, I used to arrange my class schedule, so that I would be back at my apartment in order to watch the Oprah Winfrey show, no joke, that's like real deal. I have probably watched the most hours up Oprah, interviews and speeches and Snippets of words of wisdom from the YouTube than anyone else. And of course, I love her Instagram content, so Oprah at one point, shared that she began to ask her team when they were producing a show. What is your intention or what is Our intention?

That is something that really got me. Thinking because we can go through life doing things and checking off boxes. I consider myself an overachiever and it's very easy to get into a mode of checking something off the box and moving on to the next. However, presenting that question that Oprah asks, her team to myself. It really made me to dig, deep and go, a couple of levels deeper than just doing something for the sake of doing it.

So with my intention for this season to give even more tools resources and aspects to level up to women in male-dominated Industries. It really came from a place of, there's a lot of people selling content. I sell some items that are content premium where you can go out and buy things. But I wanted this podcast to remain a space where I could refer people to say, hey, if you need something quick and easy on the go, Here's a powerful resource. You can use and you can take it away as I've reflected on over 200 episodes.

I have never been married to Perfection. I close every episode with continue to emulate, excellence, and emulate excuses. That's something I've been saying for a little bit over 20 years now and it wasn't until a recent trip back. To my home state talking to one of my sorority sisters, where she reminded me. When I was president of our chapter of our sorority, I set a theme for the year.

And the theme for the year was emulate, Excellence without excuses. The chapter still uses that 20 years later and it's so powerful that I have never been married to Perfection. So as I'm reflecting on 200 plus episodes episodes haven't been perfect, I have just Given the content in a way where I could get it out and get it out quickly. So, this season, as I give you more tools tips and resources, my love letter to the winning season community and Beyond and I hope you share this with others. Is that you will be able to write into our team.

And how do you deal with a person after you have confronted them in a professional way?

And they keep trying, you, we're also going to talk about About how to deal with mansplaining. We're going to talk about what performative allyship looks like. But we're also going to talk about owning our power, what it means to be a resilient leader in this soft Girl season, so it's going to be a juicy season. I'm so excited. I want to hear from you.
