What is PowerBanking?

Hello. This is Jacqueline Twillie and I'm your host of power banking podcast. So what is power banking? Well, this is the podcast for women who work in male-dominated Industries and unfortunately, that's just about every industry. So, let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I am on a mission to eliminate the gender wage Gap in 2017, women still earn significantly, Less then there are male white counterparts in the workplace. Yeah, that was my reaction, too. So I got ticked off. I was really upset about it and I decided to do something about it. And on my journey to eliminate the gender wage Gap.

I have come to realize that there are a lot of challenges that women face working in a male-dominated industry and collectively. When we share our stories, we're able to see that. That hey I'm not alone and yes I can navigate these challenges to be my best self at work and to provide extremely Great Value to the company or organization that I work for. So that's what this podcast is all about. You're going to hear from what real women just like me and you sharing their stories and tips for Success.
