Bossin Up Backfired

In this episode Jacqueline answers a listener question on how to move forward after bossing up backfires. According to the urban dictionary the definition of bossing up is getting ratchet and letting a person know you don’t take anything. In the workplace this can be detrimental to career progression as it demonstrates a lack of self-control and management of disappointing situations.
