Jacqueline interviews Trudie German, who is a Workplace Wellness Specialist, Health & Fitness Expert, International Public Speaker, Trainer & Owner of Body Envy. Trudie is best known for teaching busy professionals how to build a healthy lifestyle so they can increase their productivity and energy level, think clearer and better manage their stress. Health and fitness is Trudie's passion! Teaching others how to be fit and healthy without living in the gym and starving themselves is her mission. Trudie gets messages and emails every day from companies requesting her help because their employees are showing signs of loss energy, low productivity, and attendance due to illness caused by unhealthy, unbalanced lifestyle that decreases productivity and the company's bottom line. While this may be hard for some to accept, it can be solved! Immediately, Trudie will mobilize her team so that practical plan can be customized for the company staff going forward. She will then be called on to speak at their upcoming conference or in a group setting, where She will work with individuals in a specific work department. The medium and long-term results are normally phenomenal with this healthy lifestyle change and with me being their Personal Health and Diet Assistant.
